Are your products handmade?

Yes! Every candle, diffuser, and home fragrance is carefully handcrafted with the finest ingredients to bring elegance and indulgence to your space.

What is the burn time of your candles?

Our 320g Luxe Candles have an approximate burn time of 50+ hours, depending on care and usage.

How do I get the best burn from my candle?

To maximize your candle’s life and performance:
✔ Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn
✔ Allow the wax to melt evenly to the edges on the first burn
✔ Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time

How long do your diffusers last?

Our 700ml Diffuseur Parfum d'Opulence is designed for long-lasting fragrance and can diffuse aroma for up to 6 months, depending on room temperature and air circulation.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes! We are committed to ethical practices, and all our products are cruelty-free and vegan-friendly.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Absolutely! Our products make perfect gifts, and we offer elegant packaging options to enhance your gifting experience.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and shipping times vary depending on location. Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days within Australia.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or faulty. If you experience any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Shipping Policy

All delivery orders are processed and packed within 2 - 3 business days of placement, excluding weekends.

All pickup orders are processed and packed within 24 hours.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must confirm that all personal and delivery details are correct before completing their order. This includes providing accurate contact information and delivery addresses. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is shipped, we cannot offer reimbursement or replacement for this order.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive an SMS or email containing your tracking number.

Damages and Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Once your order is handed over to the courier, liability for the package transfers to the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
