Candle Care
✔ Trim the Wick – Keep the wick trimmed to 5mm before each burn to prevent soot and ensure an even burn.
✔ First Burn Matters – Allow the wax to melt evenly to the edges of the jar on the first burn to prevent tunneling.
✔ Burn Time – Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time to maintain its integrity.
✔ Safety First – Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from drafts, pets, and children.
✔ Storage – Store your candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve its fragrance.
Diffuser Care
✔ Flip the Reeds – For a stronger scent throw, flip the reeds every 7-10 days.
✔ Placement – Position your diffuser in a well-ventilated area but away from direct sunlight or heat to prevent the fragrance from evaporating too quickly.
